Dr. Brian Puent

Dr. Brian Puent is the founder of Rib Mountain Eye Care, established in 2016. A Wisconsin native, Dr. Puent grew up in Park Falls, WI, and earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 2004. He has been serving the Wausau community since moving there in 2010, building deep roots in the area. Dr. Puent's philosophy in private practice is driven by a commitment to quality eyewear; he believes glasses should not only provide clear vision but also make patients look and feel great. When he is not caring for patients, Dr. Puent is a devoted husband and father to five children. He enjoys the outdoor life Central Wisconsin offers, often found biking, hiking, or gardening. His favorite pastime, however, is watching his kids compete in their various sports.
